Schedule: For best results, on training days, take two capsules 30 minutes before your workout, ideally with your pre-workout protein shake and one capsule later (or earlier in the day, depending on when you train). So if you train in the morning, take your second serving with your evening meal. If you train in the evening, take the other serving with your breakfast or lunch.
