Orders normally ship within 24hrs and land with you in 72hrs. But please still allow up to 7 working days for delivery for credit/debit card orders.
For international cheque/money order payments please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery

Due to excessive weight, the protein products may not be available to certain countries outside Europe.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards.
We also accept cheques and postal orders payable to RIPFAST, although credit/debit card payment is recommended for fastest delivery.

WHAT ARE THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE CONDITIONS?

The length of the guarantee ‘trial period’ is normally stated on the product information page. There are no ‘conditions’ as such. All we ask is that you try the product at the suggested dosage (as on the bottle) and if after the stipulated period you’re unhappy for any reason, just send it back.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please email us before returning a product so that we can instruct you on how to proceed.

WHAT ARE THE NON UK SHIPPING COSTS / DELIVERY TIMES?

The shipping charge for INTERNATIONAL online orders is slightly higher than UK shipping, this will be automatically adjusted in your cart.
Some services like RBC (Ripfast Bodybuilding Club) have free shipping.
The shipping charge is a single charge no matter how many products you order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

This happens occasionally unfortunately, but it’s no problem. We would usually ask you to email us photographic evidence.

Our website uses SSL for the online payment/checkout procedure for maximum security.

view the data being transmitted. Only the user’s computer and the secure server are able to recognize the data. SSL keeps your name,
address, and credit card information between you and our merchant bank to which you are providing it.

WHY IS MY BILLING ADDRESS SO IMPORTANT?

We cannot process your credit or debit card without your full billing
address including the postcode. Please ensure that you supply this information even
if you are requesting delivery to an alternative address. Please also ensure that your name matches the name as it appears on your card.

WHAT IS THE CVV (CV2) / CARD SECURITY NUMBER

The CVV (CV2) card security code requested consists of the last 3 digits on the back of your card. It gives extra protection when shopping online as only the person who holds the card will have access to this code, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on normal receipts.

We regret that we cannot process your order without this code.

IS MY CARD CHARGED AS SOON AS I SUBMIT MY ORDER

Yes, the shopping cart will then confirm that your payment has been processed successfully.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Orders which have not already been despatched by our warehouse may be changed or cancelled. In such instances just email us to let us know how to proceed.

WHY HAVE YOU REQUESTED A RECENT CARD STATEMENT HEADER?

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms and from time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can assure you that all information is shredded as we have confirmed the details required. We hope you appreciate this is in the interests of fraud prevention and is a necessary precaution.
